What do you do?
We lift, load and responsibly dispose of non hazardous waste in a fast and efficient manner from residential and commercial properties.
What type of things do you remove?
We remove all non-hazardous items capable of being carried by two people.
Why can't you take hazardous materials?
We are not licensed or insured to carry hazardous materials.
Are you insured to do this work?
Yes. Our trucks and drivers are fully insured, including cover against any damage caused to a client’s property when removing junk from their premises.
Are you licensed to do this work?
Yes. We are licensed waste carriers regulated by The Scottish Environment Protection Agency,
How do you charge?
Generally we charge by the volume of space taken up in our vans, but for dense materials we may charge by weight. See our Pricing page for more details.
Why can't you give me an exact price over the phone?
Our rates are based on the amount and type of junk being removed. Until we see what is to be removed, we can’t give you an exact price.
Do I have to be at the property to have the job done?
No. Provided we have agreed the price, have your card details, and access to the junk, there is no requirement for you to attend.
Can you do the job outside ordinary business hours?
Yes. Emergency and weekend collections can be arranged.
What do you do with the junk?
Wherever possible we recycle your junk via recycling depots and licensed transfer stations. The remainder goes to land fill.
