What We Do

No Hidden Costs
At General Junk there are no hidden costs. Our pricing policy is as clear and simple. You only pay for the amount of junk collected. Our prices include all labour and disposal charges (i.e. landfill or transfer station).

Price Guide
Prices are generally based upon the amount of space taken up in our vans. Heavy materials, such as bricks and mortar, are however charged by weight.

The following table sets out General Junk's standard tariff (prices ex VAT):

Exact Quote Provided On Site Only
General Junk cannot provide an exact quote over the telephone. This is because we need to see exactly what is being collected. Once at your premises and having reviewed the materials to be removed, we will provide you with a price, and let you know how long the job will take.

How to Pay
We ask for payment at the time of collection. We accept all major debit and credit cards (our vans have mobile payment terminals). We also accept cheques provided they are accompanied with an appropriate cheque guarantee card. For regular business customers, we also offer commercial accounts.
